New Horizon Lodge aims to match appropriate and suitable accommodation to meet the specific needs of the young people. All enquiries can be made to our office via telephone discussions and / or emails, or by filling in the form below. We will conduct our own assessment. We welcome social workers, families and prospective young people and adults to visit prior to admission.

All admissions will comply with the supported accommodation best practice procedures, and we will encourage all stakeholders to attend transition meetings which are held before admission. However, New Horizon Lodge considers emergency admissions in special situations. Great care is taken to assess any emergency referrals to ensure the balance within the existing group of young adults are maintained. New Horizon Lodge aspires to provide a tailored transition plan for everyone before admission.
