We have ensured that our home is a safe, secure, and a happy place to live by:
- Ensuring the physical environment adheres to all Health and Safety regulations, while empowering our young people to raise any concerns with their landlord if these standards are not met.
- Providing each young person with their own front door key, unless there are documented and agreed-upon reasons indicating that it is not in their best interest. Such decisions will be made transparently and with the individual’s well-being as the priority.
- Maintaining robust policies and procedures to safeguard young people from all forms of abuse, with regular audits to ensure compliance, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
