At New Horizon Lodge, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality supported accommodation that meets the individual needs of each mother and her child. We work closely with Local Authorities, social workers, and partner agencies to ensure every placement is carefully assessed and appropriately matched.
Referrals and enquiries can be made by telephone, email, or by completing our online enquiry form. We welcome visits from professionals and prospective residents, by appointment, to help families understand our service before admission.
Every referral is individually assessed to ensure we can meet the family’s needs and provide the right level of support. We encourage multi-agency planning and transition meetings before admission to ensure a smooth and successful move into the service. Where appropriate and subject to assessment, we are also able to consider emergency referrals.
